Want to help out your community? Join a committee! Listed below are the different committees and the descriptions of each. If you need information, would like to report something to a certain committee or would like more information about joining one of the them, please send an e-mail to the appropriate e-mail address.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
This Committee reviews all proposed architectural changes to a member's residence and property. Members must be a residential unit owner and the Committee must have at least three (3) members and an equal number of individuals from each village shall be members. The ARC meets the second Tuesday of each month in the eating area at Target. All ARC Applications should be submitted to the management company by the first Tuesday of the month to be forwarded to the ARC for consideration at their meeting. ARC Applications submitted after the first Tuesday will be held for consideration at the following month's meeting. However, any homeowner may attend the ARC meeting in person with a copy of their ARC Application (with supporting documentation) for immediate consideration.
Common Area Committee (CAC)
This Committee monitors the maintenance and condition of the common areas of the community, including the entrance, parks, conservation areas, wetlands, lakes and ponds. The Committee may recommend changes or improvements to these areas. Members must be a residential unit owner. E-mail address is commonarea@ivylakeestates.com.
Safety Committee
This Committee responds to the community's needs in areas related to safety issues deemed necessary. Some examples may include speeding, observance of park rules, and implementation of a Neighborhood Watch. Members must be a residential unit owner. E-mail address is safety@ivylakeestates.com.
Events Committee
The function of the this Committee is to plan, organize and execute community activities and events. Members must be a residential unit owner. E-mail address is

Welcoming Committee
The function of the this Committee is to welcome new residents and provide them with helpful local information, including access to the Association's governing documents. Members must be a residential unit owner. E-mail address is welcome@ivylakeestates.com.
GNewsletter Communications Committee (NCC)
Newsletter Communications Committee (NCC) compiles and disseminates official Association information on behalf of the Board and the Committees through the distribution of a Newsletter. Members must be a residential unit owner. E-mail address is

Do you want to start a social or exercise club, or do you love to babysit or petsit? Please send your name and number to be placed in the official Ivy Lake Estates community newsletter.
